I have been with so many friends and relations who says to me Oh Chris go into research to discover for us the tips to loss weight,that the ones we are trying is not working,and i told them to be patience that am working with so many articles at hand but thank God today i have came up with the most important tips to loss weight.try this one and tell me how it works by clicking on the comment box because i no it will work since it has been tested by many other people.
1)WRITE DOWN WHAT YOU EAT:Preparing a food dairy will help you alot to loss weight since it will regulate the amount of food you consume.it will help you to know the amount of fat entering your body.research have proven the that 75% of people who uses food dairy are weight regulators.so i advise you always draw your food times table as it will help you to fight your weight loss.
2)AFTER BREAKFAST STRICK TO WATER:this another place you look into when you are intrested in weight.many families especially rich one have made juice their water instead of drinking water after meal they use juice.i tell you try to drink atleast five litres of water in a day as this will not only help you to loss weight but also keep your body in a good shape.
3)ALWAYS ENGAGE YOURSELF IN HOUSE DUTIES:this also an important factor we will into when we taught it wise to maintain shape.don't just stay one place,try to engage yourself with something especially home duties as it will help you alot to loss weight.
4)WAIT TILL YOU ARE HUNGRY BEFORE YOU EAT:We cannot talk about lossing weight without looking into this place.Because research has proven that 60% of people who are fat today is as a result of things they eat.so please always eat when you are hungry and also watch what you eat ok.because after eating all those things your body will take the ones it needs and others will be waste and can cause you to add weight.
5)ALWAYS DO EXERCISE:Research has proven that 85% of people who succeed in weight lossing did that as a result of exercises.according to world health organization,every man needs exercise to keep his body in a good shape.So i advise you to always engage yourself in an exercise atleast daily.
6)DONT'T BUY ALREADY PREPARED FOOD:here i advise you to always eat food you prepared yourself.all already prepared foods are not good in the body.some of them contain fats that is not good to your body as a person who seek to loss weight.to eat the food you cook for yourself.
7)EAT FRUIT INSTEAD OF FRUIT JUICE:I for one prefer natural fruit to fruit juice.The amount of sugar in the natural fruit is less than that of fruit juice.Well as an economicist i will tell you the reason.Because the materials to produce the product may be scarces,the producer will like to add unatural product which may not be good for your body.
